Growing up as a dancer, Valerie was always interested in wellness and moving her body. When I decided to become a vegetarian at age six, this sparked her love for nutrition and cooking.
She married her two passions by becoming a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist and Registered Yoga Teacher. Valerie integrated these two fields and took a holistic approach to serve clients who are overly stressed, under or overnourished, tired, and who seek to create more balance in their lives.
Using a combination of nutrition coaching, essential oils, and mindful practices such as yoga, I help people reach a higher, healthier, and happier version of themselves.
